Shout out to Taylor Foster who last night mid wod traded bars with another member who was having a tough time on the front rack carry. Out in the middle of the street Taylor gave away her lighter weight bar and picked up a 20 pounds heavier bar. Kudos, Taylor--true Strong athlete spirit!
