GYMNASTICS CLASS is BACK! Starting tomorrow, Wednesday 8/27 @ 6:30PM. We will hold the class every 2 weeks. Coach Tanya will be teaching a variety of gymnastic movements like handstand holds, handstand pushups, handstand walks, bar muscle ups...come check it out!!

snatch and overhead squat don't look like they are setup correctly to enter weight. Mine were 175 on snatch and 205 on OHS.
